Terms of Service

FoundGeo analyses how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and others) describe and recommend your brand, and provides scores, reports, prompt analysis, automated monitoring and an API to help improve your visibility. Analyses consume account credits; certain features are available only on paid plans.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the organisation you represent.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard billing page and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell it without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-visibility results are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for informational purposes. They are estimates and we do not guarantee specific rankings, placements or business outcomes.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundGeo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
